Golden Dome Stable '04, LLC - Partnership
To enhance the participation and enjoyment of horse racing fans who can afford the investment, Golden Dome Stable (GDS) will be offering 10% shares in our current yearlings (2003 foal crop) during the months of August-October 2004. Our expectation is to partner 20-30% of this crop of yearlings while retaining the majority interest for ourselves.These yearlings are viewable on this website under Our Thoroughbreds / Yearlings with full pedigrees and links to information and photos of their sire and dam. We believe you will be impresseed with their good looks and pedigrees. FYI, the yearling photos will be updated during the month of August with multidirectional views to give a better appreciation of their conformation.
Each paticipating partner will become part owner of all five GDS yearlings equal to their percentage interest. Significant terms of the partnership are as follows:
1/ the partnership will last through the 4 year-old year of the horses at which time any remaining stock will be disposed of through sale at fair market value either to an interested party or at auction;
2/ all of the proceeds from purses, claiming or sale income will be distributed to each partner in accord with their percentage ownership;
3/ all expenses for the care, upkeep and training of the horses of the partnership will be contributed quarterly by each partner according to their percentage ownership. [participating expenses will begin with the first quarter of the horses 2 year-old year and last until termination of the partnership]
4/ each 10% share is priced at $25,000 payable upon signing of the partnership agreement.
5/ all decisions about the disposition of each horse will be made by majority rule with due consideration given to the input of all partners.

We strongly encourage anyone considering a Golden Dome Stable partnership be financially secure enough to afford the purchase price and the quarterly maintenance fees for the term of the agreement without unduly affecting your everyday living expenses. 1/ Commitment: 3 years (2005, 2006, 2007)
2/ Stock: A basket of all 5 GDS NJ-Homebred yearlings (4 fillies and 1 colt)
3/ Cost: For a 10% share, $25,000 Purchase Price and Quarterly Maintenance Fees (max. approx. $3500-$4000 which will diminish over time with stock reduction)
4/ Financial Returns: No guarantees in horse racing - Some horses may not reach the races and others may achieve Stakes status
5/ Quality: Our offering contains well-bred yearlings produced from excellent stallions and mares (see pedigrees and race records in Our Thoroughbreds section)
6/ Experience: Golden Dome Stable has ten years experience in the breeding and racing business and has assembled a professional team of experts to cultivate the development of our horses and optimize the chances for their success for us and our partners
7/ Integrity: Our primary objective through this offering is to share some of the thrills of thoroughbred ownership with a few partners who love the sport of horse racing and are financially independent enough to afford this opportunity. 8/ Intangibles: Enjoy ownership of a quality NJ-bred with opportunities to compete at Monmouth Park and The Meadowlands for excellent purses both in open races and those restricted to NJ-breds only. You can also visit them in Florida and other tracks near NJ (NY, PA, DE and MD) to watch them train and run in the off-season for NJ tracks. And maybe one (or more) of these up and coming yearlings will be good enough to compete in one of the Classic races across the country.
